From One Crew to a Full-Service Team
VC Property Solutions started with a single crew, a truck, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Our founder Vincent Calantoni began his career as a licensed electrician, spending years mastering the trade before expanding into full-scale residential construction — framing, finish work, tile, roofing, and everything in between.
After more than a decade working for other contractors, Vincent launched VC Property Solutions with a simple goal: build a company that homeowners could actually trust. One that showed up on time, communicated clearly, and delivered work that held up for years.
Today, VC Property Solutions is a full-service general contracting and electrical team serving homeowners across New York and New Jersey. We've grown — but we've never lost the hands-on approach that built our reputation.
